Special Treasures Curriculum
Children’s joy and happiness are a big part of their learning. At Special Treasures, we encourage them to have fun as a part of their education, with child-led activities which are adapted to their abilities and interests.
Infants
For infants, we create opportunities for tummy time, fostering the development of their gross motor skills while offering support as they embark on the journey of crawling, and then walking, in a small group setting. Our toddlers' days are brimming with enjoyable activities that both stimulate and enhance their fine motor skills development. Here every child has their own cot and an individual space for personal belongings.
Preschool
Our preschool program is designed to foster independent thinking in children. We employ engaging games that teach crucial pre-reading skills, including phonics, letter recognition, and sound awareness, as well as fundamental math concepts and hands-on science exploration. Character development also holds a central role in our program, where we aim to instill values such as honesty, respect, caring, patience, kindness, cooperation, and forgiveness in every child. Our Preschool Program is designed to equip your child with the necessary tools for success, both in school and in life.
School-age
For our school-age children, we currently offer after-school care where homework assistance is readily available. Once homework is completed, children can freely explore their artistic talents, participate in sports, and enjoy outdoor activities. During school vacations, we offer more elaborate projects to keep children engaged and excited. Additionally, our school-age children have the opportunity to partake in enjoyable trips that may be organized when school is not in session.
